  I've given them many chances and they failed every time. First, I woke up on the operating table and they never got my recovery pain under control. Then my surgeon just disappeared without any notice to his patients. All of my follow-up appointments were "lost in the shuffle" and never scheduled. On 3 different occasions I have walked out of the office after waiting no less than 45 minutes past my appointment time without being seen. Not once did they attempt to resolve this. At one point a scope was done on me and they determined that there was an issue with my stomach and was told it required surgery but the Dr didn't want to do it. Instead he told me to see a dietician and learn to eat less. Patients are nothing but a number and a dollar sign to these people. I am horribly disappointed in them. I have referred a lot of people to them from my workplace but I will not do that anymore. ***It has now been a m onth since I posted the original review and two weeks since KC Bariatric responded. They stated in their response that they were going to contact me and attempt to resolve these issues. Not one person has contacted me. The responses to negative reviews on here are purely for show. You are nothing but a number and some cash to these people.***
